All of De Novos’ pedestals are manufactured and assembled on site, producing a very strong, secure and reliable pedestal. All drawers are produced with a powder coated mild steel draw wrap, which smoothly glides on nylon runners for a very soft action.
Our Standard pedestals are tested and approved to BS4877-7:1998 Test Level 3 and achieved 40,000 cycles with a static load of 20kg without faliure.
Our Heavy Duty pedestals are tested to 60k cycles and with a full extensive ball bearing runner, tested with a 40kg static load.
This system also comes with a 'soft-close' mechanism.
